Brazilian dancer Sinthia Liz trained at Escola Estadual de Dança Maria Olenewa in Rio de Janeiro, graduating in 2014, and danced with Theatro Municipal do Rio de Janeiro. She was a Heinz-Bosl-Stiftung scholar with the Bavarian Junior Ballet Munich, then danced at Ballett am Rhein from 2018 to 2020.
She joined the Vienna State Ballet in 2020/21, became a demi-soloist in 2024/25 and was appointed soloist by Alessandra Ferri on 1 September 2025. Her Vienna roles include the title role in Ratmansky’s Kallirhoe and the Diamonds pas de deux in Balanchine’s Jewels.
