Gergő Ármin Balázsi trained at the Hungarian Dance Academy, graduating in 2014, and joined the Hungarian State Opera that year. He has been named étoile of the Hungarian National Ballet and received the Prix Benois de la Danse as a male soloist in 2024.
His house principal roles include Albrecht in Giselle, Siegfried, Onegin, Colas and Florimund. Digitár bills him on David Coleman’s nights in Giselle at Erkel Theatre, The Pygmalion Effect, Onegin and The Sleeping Beauty.
