MémOpéra records David Coleman as musical director of Pierre Lacotte’s Paquita at Palais Garnier, with fourteen performances from 25 January to 12 February 2001. The pit orchestra for that creation run was Orchestre Colonne. A later DVD, filmed live in January 2003, credits him conducting the orchestra of the Opéra national de Paris, with the music revised and completed by David Coleman.
The date cards mark the first and last nights of the creation run. Individual replica times are on MémOpéra. A 2010 Garnier revival of Lacotte’s production is not sourced as Coleman on the podium.
